Status: complete (published 2026-08-19). Scope finalized at Batch D kickoff with maintainer POV; see brief.md, findings.md, vendors.md, sources.md.
Scope inventory (v0)
- Structure: platform team vs CoE vs federated models, new roles (agent product manager, agent supervisor, eval engineer, knowledge curator), RACI for agent outcomes, Sponsor/Owner assignments
- Workforce: workflow redesign, job architecture and reskilling paths, performance management for hybrid human-agent teams, redeployment strategy, works-council consultation
- Agent lifecycle ops: onboarding, performance review, and retirement of agents; the exception-handling rota and escalation paths (the few people on the factory floor); on-call for agents
- Funding and adoption: platform funding and chargeback, demand intake and prioritization, the trust curve from manual review to expanding autonomy, adoption metrics
Challenged-default candidates
Agent CoE as a permanent structure vs a dissolving enablement team; agent headcount metaphors vs product metaphors. Each track proposes its final list at kickoff.
